Michael Bowman is a Loan Officer in the Atlanta office of Assurance Financial. He is licensed through the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry to originate in Georgia, South Carolina, and California. Born in California, Michael made Atlanta his home in 2018 never having visited the South and bought his first home in 2021. The experience catalyzed his transition to the mortgage industry from a background in operations management and technical sales. He brings that experience to provide a consultative approach to mortgage lending.
Michael brings a passion to empower his network by sharing resources and knowledge, whether they be a first-time homebuyer, experienced investor, or anyone looking for real estate opportunities.
