I’m excited to serve clients throughout South Carolina as a Mortgage Loan Officer with Assurance Financial in Columbia, SC. With more than a decade of experience in housing, community development, and financial education, my career has always been centered around one mission: helping individuals and families build stability and generational wealth through homeownership.

Before transitioning into mortgage lending, I managed multimillion-dollar housing and community development programs for the City of Columbia and the Central Midlands Council of Governments. Through that work, I collaborated with homebuyers, lenders, real estate professionals, and community organizations to expand access to housing opportunities, strengthen financial readiness, and help families navigate the path to homeownership successfully.

Today, I bring that same client-centered energy into mortgage lending. I am excited to help borrowers understand their options while feeling confident throughout the financing process. I have a special passion for working with first-generation homebuyers, new real estate investors, self-employed clients, and borrowers with non-traditional financial situations who may need a more strategic and personalized lending approach. I understand that every buyer’s story is different, and I pride myself on finding solutions that align with each client’s goals and long-term financial future.

I earned both my Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Public Affairs from Columbia College in South Carolina.
