"The loan process was fairly streamlined. If I had a criticism to make it would be to provide a more guided process with a checklist system or something so people can be less surprised by an upcoming deadline when they happen. At some point there was a critical failure in communication where my housing contract did not make it to Assurance when it was supposed to and I got rate locked at a higher rate than I would have. Since this is a review for Brandon though, he provided me with what I needed to complete the process."

"We closed without incident so that was good but I really didn't have any communication with Brandon except for 1 email saying the loan was going to underwriting. I wasn't aware that the mortgage went to Assurance, the agreement said Motto mortgage but again we closed that's what matters. I asked the listing agent for the mortgage commitment which she retrieved and sent to me. I am glad that all went smoothly and we closed. Maybe it's because everything went so smoothly there was no need for more communication. The seller and I are greatful that this is closed and the buyer can enjoy their wonderful new home. Thanks for everything!"

Brandon has been in the Real Estate industry as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator since 2012 and is a part of the Assurance Financial team. Working with his clients in a personalized, one-on-one fashion is what drives Brandon professionally. Catering his services to clients’ specific needs is Brandon’s top priority. His passion in the mortgage industry is centered on helping make one of the biggest decisions in someone’s life- buying a home- a bit easier!

Brandon grew up in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, originally hailing from Delaware. The Delaware coast holds a special place in his heart. Most of his younger days were spent playing hockey and working on Simmons Farm. Brandon graduated from The University of Pittsburgh in 2013 and began working in Real Estate soon after. Upon finishing school he continued his hockey career coaching local Highschool and travel programs as a level 4 USA Hockey Coach.

The concept of a “team” is very important to Brandon: Whether it be a workplace or an athletic setting, everyone’s skills are amplified through teamwork. Brandon considers every one of his clients a new teammate, ready to work together to meet the goal of homeownership!
