Ben Dunham is a Production Manager & Loan Officer in the Homewood, Alabama office of Assurance Financial.

Ben strives to outfit his clients with the perfect loan for their individual situations. His ultimate goal is to help them achieve the goal of home-ownership. He endeavors to use his work ethic, industry knowledge, and integrity to build ongoing customer relationships that bring his customers long-term financial sustainability. His background in underwriting ensures that every loan makes it to the closing table on time.

Outside of work:

I am a graduate of The University of Alabama, with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and a minor in Business Administration. I currently live in Westover, Alabama with my two Huskies: Cobalt and Aspen. When I am not working on loans or at my families cattle farm, you can find me deep sea fishing down at Dauphin Island Alabama.
