About Eric
Eric Kelly is the Branch Manager/Loan Officer for the Birmingham, AL Branch of Assurance Financial!
Eric has a beautiful wife Michelle, and two daughters, Lillian Grace and Vivienne.
Eric spent his college days at LSU, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance, which paved the way for his 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Thanks to Hurricane Katrina, Eric was forced to move in 2005 and chose Birmingham as his new home. He had been working as a loan officer/mortgage broker (there is a difference) for Atlantic Lending Company and upon his displacement, decided to make a fresh start and agreed to assist Assurance Financial in opening the first branch in Alabama. The Birmingham branch consistently ranks in the top Assurance Financial branches!
Eric says, “I am driven, not by the dollar, but by the relationships I am building along the way. I thrive on beating my competition, customer service aside, as I am typically able to offer purchasers the lowest rate available.
