About Lynn
Lynn Truxillo Sharer is a Senior Loan Officer at the Baton Rouge, Louisiana Branch of Assurance Financial. She joined the company in January 2008.
Lynn has been a specialist in the mortgage industry for over 11 years, offering a wide range of knowledge in home loan products. Lynn is licensed through the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry as well as a member of the Louisiana Mortgage Lenders Association (LMLA) and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Lynn is also an affiliate member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors (GBRAR). Lynn is licensed in both Louisiana and Texas!
What makes Lynn a great loan officer is her ability to relate with her customers to make them feel comfortable asking questions throughout the home buying process, her ability and willingness to communicate clearly how things are going and what needs to be done, her general desire to treat every client with the respect and honesty they deserve, and her uncanny ability to under-promise and over-deliver.
Lynn received her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Nicholls State University. In her free time she loves to play tennis, softball, and spend time with her family! Lynn and her husband Eddie live in Prairieville with their three children – Tucker, Taylor and Cameron.
