Toni Freeman Leachman is a Senior Loan Officer in the Baton Rouge office of Assurance Financial. She joined the team in August of 2008. With over 25 years of mortgage lending experience, she has worked in every aspect of the business and has mastered product and underwriting guidelines, which have been invaluable to helping her serve her home loan clients. Toni has built a large clientele through referrals from Realtors, past clients and the community.
Toni recently married, has two children, Brock and Lexie and became a grandmother to her first grandson, Bennett James. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is passionate about her mortgage lending career because it allows her to help others accomplish the goal of homeownership.
Toni is licensed to originate in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
